Amateur radio exams
MVARC VE Exams are held on the second Saturday each month at 9:30 AM.
Location is the First Christian Church (2723 King St., Alexandria, VA 22302). Park in the rear of the church and enter the glass door at the intersection of the main church and the attached school building.

monthly meetings
MVARC monthly meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM.
Location is INOVA Mt. Vernon Hospital (2501 Parkers Lane Alexandria, VA 22306). Meetings are usually held in the Engh conference room.

The mount Vernon amateur radio club
The Mount Vernon Amateur Radio Club (MVARC) is comprised of about 80 hams from the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C./metro Maryland area.
Our members are dedicated to serving the community through ARES and public service support, amateur radio licensing classes, and VE Amateur Radio License Testing.

We hold a weekly net each Tuesday at 7 PM. A Yaesu System Fusion digital net immediately follows
Our weekly 10M net is each Friday at 7:30 PM.
The Cherry Tree Net is Saturdays & Sundays at
8:30 a.m. HF band: 80/75m, Frequency: 3920.
We invite all local Amateur Radio operators to check in.
