SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

8:00 AM Club Breakfast Gathering: Meet at IHOP on Richmond Highway for food, hot coffee, and club fellowship.

10:00 AM Station Setup & Deployment: Deploy portable HF transceivers, antennas, masts, and power systems at the meetup site.

10:30 AM - 3:00 PM Live On-Air Operations: QSO hunting, calling CQ, logging participating lodges, and rotating operating shifts until wrap-up at 3:00 PM EST.

WHAT TO BRING & PARTICIPATE

• Seating Provided: No need to bring lawn chairs— seating and tables will be available at the location!

• Personal Comfort: Bring your personal water, refreshments, and preferred weather protection.

• Showcase Portable Gear: Bring your transceivers, battery boxes, or portable tuners to test out.

• Loggers & Operators: No gear needed to participate take turns operating or assisting with logs.

• Guests Welcome: A great event to introduce new hams and curious guests to HF operating.
